A few days ago JOSHA Journal has brought you a great Interview full of arts and lights with Prof. Dr. Rainer Schmelzeisen, the medical Director of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University Clinic of Freiburg and, incidentally, kinetic light artist. However, in this article, we want to show you our magical experience at the Art Gallery in Kirchzarten near to Freiburg in Germany, where we were able to see many different color and lights changing all the time in every single picture. His works animate the viewer to position himself in front of them and thereby change his own perspective on art. Luminous lettering superimposes seemingly multidimensional pictorial elements and thus creates multi-layered levels, each of which can be viewed from a different angle. This art stimulates us to deal with our own way of looking at things. What do I want to see, what do these words trigger in connection with the picture, in which light do I see the represented?
